The Flow Roleplay ("TFRP") is a gaming community that is not affiliated with any real law enforcement or first responder agency.
Section 1: Respect
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Toxic behavior, arguing, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, slander, and using 'blacklisted words' will NOT be tolerated.
- If you feel you were treated unfairly by a member of the Chain of Command, do NOT argue with them. Instead, submit the respective Departmental CoC, 'Internal Affairs', or 'Leadership Complaint Form'.
- Forming a "clique" (a group one "hangs out with," alienating others) within TFRP is PROHIBITED.
- TFRP is NOT a dating app/site/community. There is zero tolerance towards any form of sexual harassment, intimidation, solicitation, or unwanted comments toward any other member.
Section 2: Community Assets
- While two or more members are in a 10-1 channel, you are PROHIBITED from joining without permission from all channel members, except for Staff+, who may join for official staff duties ONLY.
- Undesirable sounds are PROHIBITED in any public channel or patrol server (e.g. yelling, screaming, bodily noises, background noise, excessive music/media, etc.).
- Excessive whispering to or poking any user on TeamSpeak; or excessive messaging any user on Discord is PROHIBITED.
- Your display name on all TFRP assets shall ONLY include your First Name, Last Initial, and Primary Callsign. You MUST utilize a Reserve Callsign when in that respective departmental Discord or on TeamSpeak when patrolling as that department. Names MUST be appropriate and realistic.
- Distribution of any current or past TFRP documents, files, assets, or privileged information to anyone is PROHIBITED unless authorized by a Junior Admin +.
- Distribution or use of pornographic, nude, sexual, illegally obtained, slanderous, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate materials, statuses, messages, avatars, etc. is PROHIBITED.
- A Junior Admin + MUST approve any files uploaded to TFRP's website for public download.
- Using any TFRP asset for personal gain or the benefit of non-authorized individuals, organizations, FiveM Communities, or political groups is PROHIBITED.
- Coming onto a TFRP asset inebriated beyond proper judgment or self-control is PROHIBITED.
- Any projects created for TFRP (e.g. assets, documents, discord, etc.) must have ownership transferred over to a member of Leadership and are considered the property of TFRP for it's use.
- The Management or Leadership teams must approve purchases made for the community.
Section 3: TFRP Patrols
- Members MUST adhere to their respective departmental policies when in-game or patrolling.
- Members MUST have a clear microphone, utilize a headset, and push-to-talk in patrol lobbies.
- Radio etiquette MUST be respected, including not interrupting a 10-3 or Signal 100, talking over another unit, utilizing partial callsigns, and having unrealistic, ineffective, long, or unprofessional transmissions.
- Members MUST be in the respective TeamSpeak/Discord patrol channels while patrolling and before joining the FiveM queue. Going AFK in patrol channels is PROHIBTED.
- All servers MUST be treated as active patrols unless otherwise noted by a Junior Admin +.
- The following actions are PROHIBITED;
- Metagaming (using out-of-character information for in-character benefit).
- Powergaming (abusing an in-game mechanism or chat to gain an advantage).
- Force Roleplay (forcing an action on another character without giving them a chance to react or a choice in the situation).
- Fail Roleplay (engaging in low quality or unrealistic roleplay).
- Members MUST spread out within a reasonable amount of time (3-5 minutes) when ordered.
- NO other trainers or scripts should be used in-game besides TFRP-provided trainers and scripts.
- Personal testing MUST occur on the TFTrain server. Whilst testing, all departmental policies and procedures MUST be followed.
- Responses to
/goocor/oocshall ONLY be answered/addressed by Staff in Training +.
Section 4: Special Privileges and Chain of Command (CoC)
- Community and departmental procedures, policies, and/or guidelines are considered an extension of this document and MUST be adhered to at all times.
- Any tag/access/permission/rank that gives one special abilities is NOT to be misused or abused.
- Do NOT skip ranks in the CoC, even if the next ranking member can solve the problem.
- Do NOT ask for promotions or special privileges/treatment.
- Do NOT attempt to enforce rules if you are not a CoC member; complaints MUST be made privately via the proper reporting procedures or by directly contacting the next ranking CoC member.
- You MUST aid a CoC member during an investigation, including the requirement to tell the truth.
- The issuance of a 10-90 + MUST be recorded and conducted in the staff rooms.
- ALL Disciplinary Action must remain between the CoC and the receiving party. If the receiving party wishes to discuss their Disciplinary Action, they can unless it's in relation to an Internal Affairs Case.
Section 5: Other Communities and Servers
- TFRP Staff in Training + and Development Department members (excluding Beta Testers) regardless of community rank MUST declare if they are in another FiveM community which meets any of the following criteria;
- The server requires ANY application and/or registration process to join.
- The server possesses a ranking structure.
- The member is distinguished from the general public by holding a specific community role or rank on a third-party platform (e.g. Discord, TeamSpeak, Website, etc.).
- The server is whitelisted in ANY fashion and is utilized by multiple people.
- TFRP Staff in Training + may NOT hold a Staff in Training + rank or roles that would grant access to community-sensitive data (such as FTO positions) in another FiveM community.
- Members may participate in other FiveM communities if they have NO connection to TFRP (assets, callsigns, ranks, logos, etc.) are not a TFRP rip-off, and are not blacklisted.
- Blacklisted communities include: N/A.
Section 6: Privacy and Security
- Recording/streaming ANY TFRP content or asset to any website or online avenue is strictly PROHIBITED unless they are a member of the approved TFRP Media Team.
- Members may record TFRP Patrol Servers for evidence purposes, but may not be publicly uploaded on any website or online avenue (if required for evidence, then the video may be uploaded online, but must be kept private and can be utilized for evidence purposes only).
- TFRP Staff in Training + may record in Staff Rooms for record-keeping purposes ONLY.
- Junior Admins + may authorized recording on TFRP assets.
- TFRP is NOT responsible for communication held on third-party applications, such as Social Media and Discord (excluding TFRP servers), except for cases of extreme disrespect.
- Any personal information shared (e.g. sexual orientation, lifestyle, race, financial status, addresses, etc. is at each member's own risk. TFRP is NOT responsible for any information shared.
- You are the sole owner of your account and are responsible for anyone other then yourself using your accounts on ANY TFRP asset.
- Users are limited to ONLY one account on TFRP assets, except for approved Dev-related accounts.
- Falsifying or forging information is PROHIBITED on any TFRP documents, applications, forms, etc.
- Knowingly assisting a banned member in entering the community or failing to report (to Administration) a banned member in the community once again is PROHIBITED.
- Stolen valor (falsely claiming to be a first responder, military, medical professional, etc.) is prohibited.
Section 7: Membership and Activity Standards
- To join the community, individuals MUST be 16+ years old, understand and speak English, own a legal copy of GTA5 (Communications exempt), have a capable computer/headset/mic, apply at 'theflowrp.com'.
- If a member is to become inactive from TFRP for more than 14 days, a "Leave of Absence" (LOA) post MUST be made by the member on TFRP's website any any required department forms.
- LOAs above 31 days require Junior Admin + approval.
- LOAs above 6 months require Department Head + Leadership/Management approval.
- Members may NOT conduct any in-game or patrolling activity in any department while on LOA.
- Abusing the LOA system to avoid activity requirements regularly is PROHIBITED.
- If a member does NOT meet departmental activity requirements for 1 month (without a valid exemption from an LOA or Junior Admin +), they may be demoted one rank. After 2 months, they may be removed.
- Administration MUST provided at least 48 hours' notice before removal from TFRP.
- Admins may remove anyone from TFRP for inactivity based on their professional judgment.
- Members must be in the community and respective departmental Discords. Members who leave all required Discord without notice are subject to be removed from the community after 14 days.
- You MUST wait at least 30 days in your current department before requesting a transfer.
- If you resign from TFRP or are removed for inactivity, you MUST wait at least 30 days to reapply.
- Members may apply to retire from the community without resigning on TFRP's website once they meet the 'following requirements'.
- ANY member of Administration reserves the right to place a member on a forced LOA if they deem it necessary for the person's well-being.
- The MAXIMUM length of the LOA will be 90 days.
- Should ANY member go on an LOA while on an active 10-90 or 10-93, the DA will NOT expire during the LOA. It shall be present upon return from their LOA, and the balance of the DA time will resume.
